The Barbados Probation Service partners with individuals and organisations whose values and objectives align with our strategic initiatives of providing excellent service to the criminal justice system and the community.
All diversion programmes serving clients of the Department must be accredited. Accreditation is a self-assessment against our standards, reviewed by the Chief Probation Officer.

Community Pillars Mentorship Programme
Grounding today’s youth to be the pillars of tomorrow’s society. Mentors are matched with a young person and supported by a probation officer throughout.
